Do you stand with your shoulders and chest out, having self-confidence and self-respect? To what extent does your body posture indicate you’re open to positive things? Do you accept life abundance as you associate with other people? What is your diet and how often do you exercise?

The above practices enable you to charge yourself daily with positivity and to convey it to your relationship. What will be a couple’s relationship when their emotional balance is average?
